Terms & Conditions

Payments are due immediatly at the date of purchase. Payments by those on net 30, made after 30 days from the date of invoice will be subject to a finance charge of 1% per month (12%APR).
Payments will be applied in the following order : (1) finance charges (2) past-due invoices (3) current invoices.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are effective immediatly.

Shortages or errors in shipment must be reported within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.

All orders will be shipped UPS unless otherwise arranged. Our responsibility for delivery ceases upon the acceptance of the goods by a transportation company as evidenced by a receipt from a common carrier.
All transactions shall be deemed complete at the point of shipment.

There is a 10% restocking fee on all items returned.
Credit for returned merchandise will not be issued unless it has been specifically authorized by a company representative. All returns must be made with original invoice, No exceptions.

Returns will be accepted for a full refund for any reason, less shipping & handling (if applicable).

When an order is placed, we require full payment before the shipment is sent. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express, you can also pay by check or money order, please call for more information.

If you are a first time customer, payment is due before a shipment is sent.

Remember - when ordering, correct item names are required for us to get your order correct, make sure you know what it is you want before placing an order. Also descriptions would be a plus. (i.e. side-clips, unclipped, front or hind ect.)

Here at Phalen Horseshoeing & Supply we specialize in bringing the best products in the shoeing world to you.
Almost anything you may be looking for you will be sure to find at our store, and if you dont find what you're looking for,
we will most likely have the connections to obtain what you need.

Our store carries a full line of farriers supplies and products from all of the well known and recognized trade names and brands.

Orders can be placed via phone or fax, and as we are continually adding more products to our vast list, please contacts
us to inquire about any product not listed in this site. All orders placed by 3 PM will be shipped out the same day UPS Ground,
unless otherwise decided.

We hold clinics and teaching syposiums occasionally, and everyone is welcome to attend.
Bob is always willing to answer questions and offer solutions to problems encountered by fellow farriers and clients.
