Terms & Conditions

Payments are due immediatly at the date of purchase. Payments by those on net 30, made after 30 days from the date of invoice will be subject to a finance charge of 1% per month (12%APR).
Payments will be applied in the following order : (1) finance charges (2) past-due invoices (3) current invoices.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are effective immediatly.

Shortages or errors in shipment must be reported within 10 days of receipt of merchandise.

All orders will be shipped UPS unless otherwise arranged. Our responsibility for delivery ceases upon the acceptance of the goods by a transportation company as evidenced by a receipt from a common carrier.
All transactions shall be deemed complete at the point of shipment.

There is a 10% restocking fee on all items returned.
Credit for returned merchandise will not be issued unless it has been specifically authorized by a company representative. All returns must be made with original invoice, No exceptions.

Returns will be accepted for a full refund for any reason, less shipping & handling (if applicable).

When an order is placed, we require full payment before the shipment is sent. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express.

If you are a first time customer, payment is due before a shipment is sent.

Remember - when ordering, correct item names are required for us to get your order correct, make sure you know what it is you want before placing an order. Also descriptions would be a plus. (i.e. side-clips, unclipped, front or hind ect.)

Bob Phalen has been a proffesional farrier for over forty years and has vast experience and knowledge in his area of expertise. His three sons are also well known farriers.
In addition, Bob has been supplying other farriers and stores since 1984 and his present store has been conveniently located in Canoga Park for just over 8 years.

Bob has been shoeing the top show horses for over thirty years. He periodically holds clinics and is always willing to share his experiences to promote ideas and offer solutions to problems other shoers might have.
